I was in desperate need of a water heater replacement. Calling Chris at C.W. Cummings was a great choice. He understood the urgency and went above and beyond to make sure I was up and running with a water heater replacement that same day. From Chris to his staff, they were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure doing business with.

I am very pleased with the water heater replacement done by CW Cummings / water heater geeks. The company gave me options of replacing my gas water heater tank with an identical tank, or replacing it with a gas tankless option. After considering both options and being told by the company about the $600 rebate offered by RI Energy, I choose the tankless system. Mr. Chris Cummings was involved in the entire process, making sure that I had the information I needed and ensuring the installation team knew how to route the new pipes. The installation team were hard workers and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and there was not a spec of dirt left when then were done. I highly recommend this company.

HIghly recommend! Service people were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. They also took the time to explain the problem as well as what they were going to do to rectify it. I called due to an active leak, and they came within a 1/2 hour of my phone call. I can't say enough good things about this company - they literally prevented damage to my home due to their quick response.

They came out a few weeks ago to fix a hot water issue with my shower, after a few weeks I was still having the same issue. They sent 2 guys back out within a couple hours after I called, they fixed my issue. Very knowledgeable quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Chris and the staff with CW Cummings were extremely responsive and professional. I called first thing in the morning after a long weekend and Chris was literally at my house within 15 minutes of that call. He quickly determined the issue and scheduled to replace my water heater within about a week. The quality of work was excellent. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They did all the installation for my basement bathroom. Installed the shower, the sink, the toilet and the vents, all connected to a saniflo system. Really good work, fair price and nice people!

On a recommendation I called Cummings and they came out the same day. Called right back and set the appt. for a couple of hours out. The plumber called to say he was 15 minutes out. The whole replacement took less than 30 minutes and was very reasonably priced! We will definitely use them again!

I called 2 companies based on reviews and unfortunately the other company called back 1st. Said they couldn’t fix unless they replaced entire shower faucet valve by cutting through adjacent wall. Estimate was over $1100.Reconnected with 2nd company: CW Cummings and they responded that same day. Chris was great on the phone. Ken responded knew what to do right away, had to replace handle due to corrosion along with cartridge (we did both showers) Faucet works better than ever with great pressure. Paid just over 25% of the 1st company’s estimate. What’s better, no hole in the wall.I highly recommend CW Cummings Plumbing. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and value. Chris and Ken were great!

Prompt, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Found the problem immediately with 2 toilets that were taking over 5 minutes to refill the tanks after each flush, and one that would rattle the pipes, banging and moaning like a horror movie when it was finally done filling. Highly recommended.

I called Cummings to replace my water heater. They fit me in quickly, the price was fair, they were extremely professional and very nice. Don't look elsewhere for a plumber, this company is top notch. Highly recommend.

Friendly and provided information and answered some of my questions. I didn't go with him because it was an emergency for water heater replacement and it was a Friday afternoon. Would recommend though! Gave him a courtesy call to let him know and he wasn't rude about it.

They were awesome. Right from the first call out to them. THEY CALLED BACK!! And came next day!!

After several failed engagements with OTHER RI plumbing companies, Chris and his crew provided my family and I absolutely top-notch service over a several week time-frame to our newly purchased home. He is well connected, knows plenty of other tradesmen who also provided high quality work and hooked me up with a superb septic replacement company.Chris is extremely responsive often returning calls to my mobile directly as well as replying in a timely basis via email. He is up-front regarding when he or his team can be at the house. His team's work is show-off quality (Scott was great). His team worked inside and outside of our house from typical plumbing issues to moving a city water line to running natural gas lines to even helping me get my outdoor kitchen setup. I don't know if there is anything they can't do and do very well.In an age where many contractors tell you they will show up (and don't) or give you one price (and then surprisingly change it later for some reason), Chris is very up-front the entire time and through-out the process. CW Cummings is a pleasure to do business with and I could not recommend them more.
